Meet Our Team
Meshi Tuka RMT, Clinic Director
I'm a Registered Massage therapist with a passion for holistic living.
I work towards finding balance between all aspects of my life each and every day. I have a true passion for educating and empowering my patients when it comes to taking charge of their own health.
I recognize the importance and benefits of regular alternative healthcare treatments. To make it easier for my patients to follow through I recently created a YouTube channel with a sole purpose of helping connect my patients.
I wanted to educate my patients that were suffering from postural imbalances or even chronic illness, while breaking the dependency to healthcare practitioners and giving the power back to people.
I hope to help my patients achieve optimal wellness and provide guidance and support along the way.
I also believe that you have the ability to create wellness from the inside out. It starts with what you do, what you think, what reality you live in.
I attended the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy where I received training in various modalities including hydrotherapy, uses of various pain management tools such as tens machines and ultrasound. My focus is treatment specific when it comes to assessment and treatment plan.
Book today to get your personalized assessment completed and create a specialized wellness plan together.

Registered Massage Therapist, Holistic Health Practitioner,
Andrea's passion for the Healing Arts began over twenty years ago during her travels in South East Asia and India.
Originally her journey began as a path of self discovery, exploring various meditation techniques and yoga, which eventually led her to a deep desire and need to be of service and to help others on this path as well.
Upon returning to Canada, her love and deep respect for Ancient Eastern Healing, led her to a school in Campbell River BC, where she became a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, which comprised of learning the basics of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupressure, Somatic Healing, Holistic Nutrition, Energy Work, Chakra and Crystal Healing.
Feeling the need to have a more balanced approach to client care, both alternative and allopathic in nature, she relocated to Toronto, and became a Registered Massage Therapist, where she has been working for the past 12 years. She found being educated in both ancient and modern modalities, gave her a better overall outlook on how to best help her clients.
Everything is interconnected and all aspects of the self need to be addressed, such as imbalances within the physical and energetic body. Over the past 12 years she worked in both a Physiotherapy Clinic and a Wellness Center.
Her ongoing discovery of the body/mind connection also led her to become a Reiki Master. She finds Reiki to be a powerful yet gentle, healing force that addresses all levels, physical, mental, and emotional.
Whether it be relief from physical pain or discomfort, to help alleviate mental or emotional stress, or to dive a bit deeper, she would be honored to help you!
