Meet Our Team
Meshi Tuka RMT, Clinic Director
I'm a Registered Massage therapist with a passion for holistic living.
I work towards finding balance between all aspects of my life each and every day. I have a true passion for educating and empowering my patients when it comes to taking charge of their own health.
I recognize the importance and benefits of regular alternative healthcare treatments. To make it easier for my patients to follow through I recently created a YouTube channel with a sole purpose of helping connect my patients.
I wanted to educate my patients that were suffering from postural imbalances or even chronic illness, while breaking the dependency to healthcare practitioners and giving the power back to people.
I hope to help my patients achieve optimal wellness and provide guidance and support along the way.
I also believe that you have the ability to create wellness from the inside out. It starts with what you do, what you think, what reality you live in.
I attended the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy where I received training in various modalities including hydrotherapy, uses of various pain management tools such as tens machines and ultrasound. My focus is treatment specific when it comes to assessment and treatment plan.
Book today to get your personalized assessment completed and create a specialized wellness plan together.

“You can’t stop the waves, but you can learn how to surf.” Jon Kabat-Zinn
Life is really hard sometimes. We are faced with many challenges and hurts along this journey and it’s easy to feel lost, alone, overwhelmed and exhausted. We’re not meant to figure it all out on our own. Counselling/therapy can provide with you with a space to be authentic, vulnerable and to receive the non-judgmental support and personal exploration that can help you surf the waves that life brings.
Since my graduation from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2004, I have worked in addiction services - both residential and community-based. Before opening my private practice in 2018, I worked for 12 years in the outpatient addiction program at St. Mary’s Hospital.
I enjoy working with individuals who are experiencing concerns with their own or someone else’s use of alcohol, drugs or other behavioral addictions. My other areas of experience include depression, anxiety, self-esteem, shame, anger, binge eating, trauma, self-harm, grief, loss, fertility issues including pregnancy loss, and relationship issues.
When you engage in therapy with me, you can expect a gentle approach with a side of humor and just a dash of sarcasm. My goal is to help you feel comfortable with the process of therapy and to build a relationship of trust so you can feel safe in exploring the issues that are keeping you stuck. I will challenge you to move forward with your goals but always at a pace that feels right for you.
I am always happy to offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to answer any questions or concerns you might have before booking an appointment.
Together, we can work through the issues that are holding you back from your best life. I look forward to hearing your story.
